Some people can lose themselves in rustic country landscapes. Others like beaches. Personally, I like cities. To me, cities are organic entities that reflect the hopes and dreams, the strengths and pathologies, the best and the worst, of their residents. In so doing, each takes on a life and a personality of its own.
